Personal Coaching

  • Do you have a dream you’ve given up on because it just seems to hard to achieve or the risks don’t seem worth it?

If you are serious about making changes in your life, then coaching can provide the support and encouragement you need to take action.  Personal coaching is not about giving advice.  As your coach I will not tell you what to do, or encourage you to make changes in your life you are not ready to make.  What I will do is help you figure out what you really want.  You may think you already know what your options are but it is amazing what else we can come up with when we’re given the time, space and encouragement that a coaching session can offer. 

Coaching is not going to change you or your life overnight but it will help you explore how your behaviour is affecting your ability to get what you want from life and your relationships with others.  It can help you identify what you might want to change and give you the tools and support you need to make those changes.
